
MAGNI®
Magni® 565 is a chromium-free, two-coat zinc flake coating system consisting of a zinc-rich inorganic basecoat and an aluminum-rich organic topcoat. This dual-layer structure is specifically formulated to withstand exposure to automotive fluids and chemicals while providing excellent bimetal corrosion resistance, paintability, and cost efficiency for fastener applications. Magni® 565 is the preferred fastener coating system of many leading global automotive manufacturers.
Unlike conventional electrolytic plating processes, Magni® coating eliminates the risk of hydrogen embrittlement, making it ideal for high-strength steel components. As the authorized representative of Magni® in Türkiye, Çinkosan has a production capacity of 50 tons per day using the Magni® 565 coating system.
